Asphalt Plant is basically used for manufacturer of asphalt, macadam and other forms of coated road stone. An asphalt plant is used to blend aggregates, asphalts, and other vital materials in required proportion to produce a homogenous hot mix paving mixture used for road construction. Our Asphalt Plant includes Batch Mix Plant and Drum Mix Plant.
The main purpose of this plant is to produce Asphalt for road construction equipment consisting of components single deck scalping screen, burner, load out conveyer, multiple cold aggregate feeder containers, rotary drum, single conveyer, fuel service tank, asphalt tank, wet scrubber, control panel and mineral filler unit.
An Asphalt Drum Plant is a continuous asphalt production system used to heat, dry, and mix aggregates with bitumen to produce hot-mix asphalt.
Aggregates are fed into the drum, where they are heated and dried. Bitumen and other required materials are then added and mixed continuously to produce asphalt.
It provides continuous production, consistent asphalt quality, efficient heating, reduced material handling, and reliable performance for large road construction projects.
It is commonly used for highways, city roads, rural roads, airport runways, industrial roads, bridges, parking areas, and road maintenance projects.
Selection depends on required production capacity, project size, aggregate type, fuel availability, operating conditions, automation requirements, and budget.
